Sydney Fire in conjunction with Austech Engineers Asset Management offers a range of annual legislative services for your building.

Including strategic planning, building management, compliance, due diligence, life cycle analysis, Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) maintenance audits to mitigate the clients risk.

Accordingly our involvement may also continue beyond design & construction and fit-out stage completion. 

As part of the twelve months warranty period and or AFSS, Sydney Fire Austech manages DtS & Performance designed and installed systems providing efficient and cost- effective operations and maintenance programs as an ongoing commitment to support the designed essential systems.

Asset management is the continual review of asset performance of the installed engineered systems to maximise income-earning potential for the owner at an acceptable risk.
